As others have said you can also try Thai, Emirates and others so see which have the best fares, check the travel section in the press and call some agents to shop around for you.

I found one on Qatar Airways at 1376 SGD to Zurich
and to Geneva at 1474 SGD

But besides QR u can opt to fly with Emirates/ Swiss Air/Etihad Airways

DId you try Swiss Air. You can search fares on http://www.swiss.com, I searched a random flight in March and it was $1400 USD. Also, it is probably cheaper to fly to Zurich and then take the train to Geneva.

I think the best is http://www.travade.com

If it is an international flight your looking for, you have to make sure though you use the ‘International Flight Search’ button on the home page as opposed to the regular search engine. It is the little blue link on the home page and has the best International Fares.

Also, if you keep the site open for long, you may have to type in the word ‘travade’ into a little box that will reset the site.
